Charis Tree is an approved family day care service, working with South West Child Care scheme. Eligible families will be able to apply for the Child Care Benefit (CCB) and Child Care Rebate (CCR) under Centrelink.

The fees are charged at a fixed hourly rate of minimum of six hours. Our core operational hours is from 8.00am to 6.00 pm. Any time beyond this is upon request. The daily hourly rate during core operational hours is AUD8.90 + Admin Levy (to South West) of 0.80 per hour.

After School Care will be available upon request at a later time.

In order for your child to attend Charis Tree, your child must first be registered and enrolled with South West Child Care scheme. This must be completed prior to attending care with Charis Tree. A one off registration fee of $15 is payable. A 48 hours processing time is required between submission of registration documentation to starting your child at my centre. 

 

Preferred method of payment is cash or direct deposit. Fees must be paid weekly on the first day your child attends for the week. Failure to pay fees will result in position being terminated.
